MACRONI RICE

                                                       MACRONI RICE



Ingredients:                                       
cooked rice-2cups
cooked peas-1/4cup        
cooked macroni-1/4cup
carrot-1/4cup[finely chopped] 
potato-1/4 cup[finely chopped]                                   
red chilli powder                                                  
cooking oil-1teaspoon  
ghee-2teaspoon
lemon juice-1teasp
ginger garlic paste-1teaspoon
salt to taste
and coriander leaves








Method:



  • Heat oil in the pan 
  • add chilli powder and saute for few seconds [use low flame]
  • then add carrot and potato; saute for few seconds 



  • add some water and cook for 3 minutes
  • add peas, macroni ,rice and salt one after the other



  • mix well and cook for 2 minutes
  • remove the pan and add ginger garlic paste,ghee and lemon juice and mix well 
  • garnish with coriander leaves 

note: in this macroni rice, ginger garlic paste should be added at the end
